Ground Testing of Drone Electronics — Before Takeoff
The reliability of an unmanned system is determined on the ground. We build ground-based test systems that verify the operation of a drone’s electronics and sensors under controlled conditions—including simulations of situations that cannot be tested in flight.

Drones cannot be tested repeatedly in flight. Every flight is different—weather, GPS, interference in the airspace. Without a ground-based testing system that provides repeatable conditions, it is impossible to determine whether a deviation in the drone’s behavior is caused by a manufacturing defect or by the environment.
Furthermore, in the defense context, resistance to interference and signal tampering is not an optional feature, but an operational requirement. This cannot be replicated in the real world—it must be simulated.
The test system combines:
- Mechanical Mounting and Power Supply for the Drone
- Jammer Generators and Signal Simulators (GNSS, RF)
- Environmental Chamber for Controlled Loading
- A record of the entire test sequence for each item
The result is a repeatable sequence of tests with identical conditions for each unit produced. Defects are detected during production, not during operation.
